Context.
When Alsvior Global started working with this client, it was a fast-growing start-up founded by experts in the solar energy industry. From the start, their vision was greater than just developing renewable energy projects. Their goal was to become a leader in developing a digital platform capable of managing every stage of solar projects, from prospect, through design, finance, build, and O&M, to decommissioning. Our team was involved in achieving this vision from an early stage. We advised on selecting the right platform for the client’s needs, and we proposed enterprise systems architecture to support this venture. In the span of 3 months, we have developed the first release of the platform. Our solution was presented to investors as company’s key differentiator, and helped secure a substantial funding for the client. As of Q1-23 the platform is operational, and approx. 50 projects are managed on it. Our team continues to work on subsequent releases and improvements.

Client’s vision was to create an Integrated Project Management Platform. It needed to be a cloud-based system that all users would accesses on a daily basis, to manage tasks related to their specific roles. Integrated Project Management Platform is where all projects where to be managed, and where entirety of project information needed to be stored.

Navigation & Wireframing.
We answered all navigation issues by applying an end-to-end design process that started with a discovery phase, followed by an architectural design study and consequent wireframing.
Interface Design & Usability.
The client’s vision is a user-friendly product where a pixel perfect interface is crucial to achieve excellent Data Visualisation. All issues with navigation, readability and visualisation must be addressed with slick and creative solutions.
