Context.
When Alsvior Global started working with this client, it was a fast-growing start-up founded by experts in the solar energy industry. From the start, their vision was greater than just developing renewable energy projects. Their goal was to become a leader in developing a digital platform capable of managing every stage of solar projects, from prospect, through design, finance, build, and O&M, to decommissioning. Our team was involved in achieving this vision from an early stage. We advised on selecting the right platform for the client’s needs, and we proposed enterprise systems architecture to support this venture. In the span of 3 months, we have developed the first release of the platform. Our solution was presented to investors as company’s key differentiator, and helped secure a substantial funding for the client. As of Q1-23 the platform is operational, and approx. 50 projects are managed on it. Our team continues to work on subsequent releases and improvements.

The client envisioned creating an Integrated Project Management Platform that would serve as a cloud-based system accessible to all users on a daily basis. This platform would be the central hub for managing all projects, with each user handling tasks related to their specific roles. It would store all project information, ensuring that the entire life cycle of each project is managed and tracked in one place.
