Inspect the simulation assumptions

Eight fictional work items. No new arrivals. Each step advances 15 working minutes; nights and weekends are not modelled. Stages have fixed processing times and first-in, first-out capacity. Human-led work is simulated; human approval gates require your explicit decision.

Parallel preparation branches must both finish before readiness approval. Only approved findings may be reused. No model calls, external integrations, real messages or customer records are involved. This public simulation is an independently designed example, not a production product.

Changing workflow design resets the sample work. Your edits stay in this page’s memory and disappear on reload.
