Live operations view
Designed to show agent activity, tools and knowledge use, with a replayable history of the work.
A connected view of where AI is used, how work moves through the organisation and who owns the next decision.
The framework connects corporate processes to AI workflows and Jira-linked work. Each stage can be AI-led or human-led. Every gate is human-led.
Explore the enterprise viewThe source project runs on simulated data and has not entered production. Live connections, production readiness and business outcomes remain to be validated.
THE ENTERPRISE QUESTION
Adoption alone does not create an operating model.
The challenge was fragmented visibility: different teams, tools and ways of working, with no single view connecting usage, knowledge, approvals and the processes they served.
The framework creates a common context for that work. Leaders can follow a corporate process into its stages, see the human and AI responsibilities, and understand the decisions and evidence needed to move forward.
INTERACTIVE WALKTHROUGH / ILLUSTRATIVE RECORDS
Select a stage or gate. Change a stage’s lead. Inspect the evidence and Jira-linked record while every approval gate remains with a person.

REPORTED PRE-PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES
The development case study describes these capabilities in the working local framework. Production data sources and operating behaviour are still to be confirmed.
Designed to show agent activity, tools and knowledge use, with a replayable history of the work.
Corporate processes expressed as stages and gates, with ownership, queues and hand-offs visible in one place.
A view of tools and capabilities from installation to recurring use, so leaders can inspect adoption in context.
A shared knowledge view with draft and approved states, a curation queue and links to source records.
AI-led or human-led stages, dedicated instructions and agents, published versions and explicit human gates.
People own every approval gate and the consequential decisions. Privacy and review are part of the operating design.
A SIMPLE RULE WITH ENTERPRISE CONSEQUENCES
Preparing work and approving its consequences are different responsibilities. The workflow model makes that boundary visible at every hand-off.
Jira provides the work-item context. The enterprise view connects that record to the process, the current stage, its owner and the evidence needed at the next gate. Live integration still requires production validation.
HOW THE WORK WAS ENGINEERED
The development account describes written designs and task plans, separate AI builders and reviewers, recorded decisions and human ownership of consequential choices.
Its review process surfaced issues in chart visibility, identity handling, input controls and interaction quality. Those findings informed corrections and follow-up work.
These are observations from the development record. They are not a security certification or evidence of production performance.
THE NEXT TEST / PRODUCTION EVIDENCE
No measured savings, delivery improvements or production adoption claims are made here. The next stage is a controlled pilot and an evidence-based go/no-go decision.
Based on the supplied development case study and the clarified enterprise-wide scope. The public walkthrough uses illustrative processes and records; it is not the deployed product or a live customer dashboard.
