Cookie Policy

This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies we use on the Alsvior EMS marketing surface (alsviorglobal.com/ems) and inside the application. It is written to comply with the UK PECR (2003), the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) as transposed in Spain (LSSI Ley 34/2002 art. 22.2) and Portugal (Lei 41/2004), and the UK / EU GDPR. By default we set only strictly necessary cookies; analytics are opt-in.

1. Marketing surface (alsviorglobal.com/ems)

The marketing pages run under the same alsviorglobal.com domain as the institutional site and follow the same cookie regime described in our institutional Cookie Policy for the marketing surface — strictly necessary preference storage only, with analytics opt-in through the cookie banner. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. Inside the application (app.alsviorems.com)

Once you sign in to Alsvior EMS, we use the following cookies and similar technologies for the strict purpose of operating the Service. These are all strictly necessary and do not require consent:

3. Third-party cookies

Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal set their own cookies on stripe.com domains during a checkout or billing-management flow. These cookies are governed by Stripe’s Cookie Policy and are loaded only when you reach the Stripe-hosted page.

Sign-in via Microsoft Entra ID or Google sets cookies on those providers’ domains; they are governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Google Privacy & Terms respectively.

4. Your controls

  • On the marketing surface — use the cookie banner / cookie-settings link in the footer (managed by the institutional site).
  • In your browser — block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out of the application.
  • Global signals — we honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where supported.

5. Changes

We will update this page if our use of cookies changes. The Effective date at the top reflects the version in force.
